對設備進行升級后，單板注冊正常，但是無法找到備用主控板的CF卡，使得主備不能夠同步，無法進行主備切換，這樣備用主控板雖然注冊但是仍然不能起到備份作用。

過了20分鐘查看狀態備用主控板仍為此狀態，沒有和主控板進行同步備份。

故障分析
由于升級用的該版本以前已經升過很多局點都沒有問題，所以排除軟件版本原因，轉而從硬件方面分析原因。
操作步驟
步驟 1 首先更換單板重新升級備用主控板，結果故障現象依舊，排除單板器件問題。
步驟 2 接著對CF卡進行格式化操作，并用FTP重新上傳版本，通過Ctrl＋B模式下可以看到文件已經上傳成功，說明CF卡沒有問題。
步驟 3 接著復位備用主控單板按Ctrl＋T進入內存檢測系統，顯示如下信息：
- Press CTRL+T to start sdram full test in 2 seconds!
- Testing Sdram, please wait for a few minutes...
- The detected sdram is: 1024M
- Test sdram: 517M ... fail!
- At address:0x20402760, write:0x5555555555555555, read:0x5555555555555540
- The slot ID testing .............................. pass!
步驟 4 可以看到內存517M時出現了錯誤，由此可以判斷是內存出現了問題，更換內存條問題解決。
